The Foundry Brew Pub - Canterbury Brewers and Distillers

You have to book a table, you can&#39;t if you want to eat. Food was great, waiting staff were excellent. I didn&#39;t realise at the time of booking that it&#39;s also a micro-brewary. Only sampled the Canterbury IPA but it was really good. They also do tours of the brewery. Would definitely go back again.

Britain | The real beauty under the filter drives from London to Canterbury and Dover White Cliffs. It takes not long. It takes 2 hours to arrive in the back garden of London from the most central block, which is the oil painting town in Figure 1-6. Lovely local business ..attentive and helpful staff. Excellent food with generous portions.  The best Nachos anywhere! Gin and beer brewed on site. Can&#39;t ask for any more!

The Foundry is a great place. We really had a good time and the staff were really welcoming and accommodating. The food is really nice and the selection of beers is top notch.

This really was a great lil find, we always go to Cafe Des Amis when we are in Canterbury,  but decided to try a new (to us) place this time. I liked that is was a pub, restaurant, brewery and distillery all in one. The beer glazed ribs took my fancy. However on the day it was Nachos with pulled pork followed by Texas brisket that i ordered.  A Foundry mans gold to start then the incredible Itzamna as a second. Wow what a beer, you can&#39;t fail to like a beer that they serve only in 1/2 or 1/3 of a pint. Coming from Belgium,  the land of the trappist beer it was very much appreciated.

Really lovely staff - very friendly and welcoming. Great beer flight, delicious Sunday lunch - can&rsquo;t complain and will be back! Thank you all 😋
